Jog With The Frog 2011
The third annual Jog With the Frog at Dallas Fair Park was a huge success with a record number of people in attendance. The more than 280 runners relished the beautiful spring morning and flat course as they made their way around the Cotton Bowl.
In addition to the 5k and the “fun run”, EFS Community Partners, The Dallas Arboretum, The Dallas Zoo, Frontiers of Flight Museum and The Museum of Nature and Science provided exhibits and demonstrations with something for everyone. The children enjoyed the activities, especially the animals brought by the zoo, including a very large snake and an armadillo! The awards ceremony followed the 5k race as well as the raffle prizes give away. Thanks to our generous community sponsors, volunteers, EFS staff and all the racers who contributed to the successful event.
